• Does the machine have any safety protection features?

  Yes, our machines are equipped with multiple safety protection systems including Lid-open interlock switch(when the front cover of the machine is opened, the laser will stop working), an emergency stop switch ( press to immediately cut off the power supply in an emergency), and a cooling system protection (if there is a problem with the laser tube cooling system, the laser will stop working). All the doors on the machine can be locked with keys for added safety and security.

• What controls the working power of the machine? Does it refer to power value delivered from the power supply to the CO₂ laser tube?

  Yes. The CO2 laser tube is controlled by the laser power supply, which is controlled by a main control board. This means you can easily set the laser output power directly in the software.

• Are the processes of cutting and engraving handled separately?

  Our machines are capable of both cutting and engraving, and can perform both processes continuously in a single workflow.

• How long does it take to learn how to operate the machine?

  If you're already familiar with using graphic design software and can perform a few test runs by adjusting power and speed settings for different materials, then it usually takes just 1 to 2 hours to get the hang of operating the machine.

• Do I need additional software to use Good-Laser for creation?

  The official design system of GoodLaser, LightMaker, is compatible with multiple design software, including AI, PS, CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc. It supports uploading high-quality files such as JPG, DXF, AI, DST, PNG, BMP, TIF, SVG, etc.
